People are uniquely different in many ways. That makes it interesting for us to meet different people in the course of both our work and social lives. Each person is special and he has his preferences in life, including how he communicates with other people. They may not even be aware of their preferences but understanding them makes us better communicators and more sensitive to the needs of others.
